It does not matter if you cannot book all the courses, you can always take a missed course.

Each module that goes over 3 days contains the following elements:

-theory with lectures

The courses that run over 5 days also include:
– proper practice, Friday-Sunday. A total of 12 days of practice at a clinic with real client cases = 84 teacher-supervised student treatments. Each student works in a group with two other students and together receives up to 12 clients per internship = 48 student treatments in total.

In all parts, the students are guided and taught by skilled, experienced and well-educated teachers, who also provide individual support throughout the education, so that all students can develop. All of this, together, provides a good basis for a deeper understanding of the various aspects, the possibilities of kinesiology at all levels. The training is divided into these 4 modules.

Kinesiology and nutrition
We learn about various biochemical systems in the body such as lymph and blood, and how with the techniques of kinesiology we can find and restore balance in the systems.
Kinesiology and energy
We learn to understand systemic flows and circulation seen from both Western and Eastern perspectives, and how with the techniques of kinesiology we can find and restore balance in the systems.

The student will work in a group to meet and treat a client together with other classmates. This make good experience and chanses to discuss different treatment strategies in a stimulating way. A total of 20 internship days are included during the program.

In addition to the internship periods, all students together every week during the entire training period will be included in a discussion forum to collectively reflect on the patient cases the students has had in homework. The purpose is that the students’ practical exercises at home are followed by both teachers and classmates, so that the students get the most possible exchange of each other’s work, issues and treatment results. The school wants every student to be stimulated to gain confidence in finding their own unique way of working as a kinesiologist. As a kinesiologist, you will meet clients who seek help with both physical problems in the locomotion apparatus and also in need of help with function in the internal systems.

Webinar to broaden the horizon and get inspiration on how to work as a kinesiologist
As a kinesiologist, the student will need to be able to think and understand details, biochemistry and scientific research (from a Western perspective) while also understanding that each client is unique and needs individual help, seen from a holistic perspective (a more Eastern approach). In order to be stimulated in multidisciplinary thinking and to take into account several systems at the same time, some webinars will be included in the education:

Hormone systems and treatment strategies for those with fertility disorders
Immune systems and treatment strategies for those with allergies
Movement systems and treatment strategies for those with inflammation and pain
Nervous systems and treatment strategies for fatigue and burnout.

In all 4 webinars, the focus will be on how stimulating it is to work as a kinesiologist when you meet someone with a holistic approach. That is, have strategies to strengthen structure, nutritional status, energy recovery and mental balance at the same time.

Vision and driving force

Sabine’s vision and driving force is to give more people a chance to get healthy, have energy and enjoyment of life
To allow more people to optimize their health and become stronger,  both in private and at work and in sports, more really good therapists are needed.

Sabine’s driving force is to convey and teach treatment strategies that combine detailed knowledge thath are at the same time are inweaved into a holistic approach.

In order to both convey and teach treatment strategies in a fun and effective way, she  2015  founded a education profession for kinesiologist – clinical orientation.

Alongside this training is the apprenticeship-based certificate program Spine & Body flow Kinesiology, which she founded 2017.

Further in the future, the school will have classes for those who want to become massage therapists and for those who want to become professional personal trainers. This will develop in 2021.

An important task for realizing the vision is also to actively communicate with people in the media, health and wellness establishments as well as convey deeper knowledge in several forums. Unique knowledge is valuable and needs to be disseminated. It together with an honest commitment makes a difference!
